So enamored with the detail on this Urban Outfitters skirt. Simultaneously prim/proper and summer whimsy. I think it would pair quite nicely with wedges or sandals, a silky sleevless top and a lightweight blazer now, and dark tights, layers, moto boots and a utilitarian jacket come fall/winter.
